Salmon Filet Recipes Ingredients

* 2 tablespoons ground paprika
* 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon ground dark pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
* 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
* 4 salmon filets, skin and bones eliminated
* 1/2 cup unsalted spread, softened

Salmon Filet Recipes Instructions

1. In a little bowl, blend paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, white pepper, dark pepper, thyme, basil and oregano.
2. Brush salmon filets on the two sides with 1/4 cup spread, and sprinkle equally with the cayenne pepper blend. Shower one side of each filet with 1/2 excess margarine.
3. In a huge, weighty skillet over high hotness, cook salmon, margarine side down, until darkened, 2 to 5 minutes. Turn filets, sprinkle with residual spread, and keep cooking until darkened and fish is effortlessly chipped with a fork. The salmon filet formula is prepared ! Appreciate it !
