SALMON FILLET WITH ORANGE BASIL SAUCE   

Salmon Fillet Ingredients:
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen salmon fillet
  • 1/4 c. frozen orange juice, thawed
  • 2 tbsp. snipped basil
  • 1 tbsp. snipped mint or tarragon
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 sm. zucchini, cut lengthwise
Salmon Fillet Instructions:
Thaw fish, if frozen. For sauce, in a bowl, combine concentrate, basil, mint, or tarragon, oil, water, Worcestershire and garlic.
Rinse salmon, brush with sauce. Put in pan with a little oil on bottom. Put on grill; cook at medium for 4-6 minutes or until it flakes. Put zucchini on grill, skin side down, cook 5-6 minutes. Serve zucchini with fish. Serves 6.Enjoy !

GRILLED SALMON FILLETS WITH MELON SALSA   

Salmon Fillet Ingredients:
  • 1/2 c. fresh, pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 c. cantaloupe, diced
  • 1/2 c. honeydew melon, diced
  • 1/4 c. red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 c. fresh cilantro or mint, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
  • Four 10 oz. portions salmon fillet
Salmon Fillet Instructions:
Put the fruit, pepper, cilantro, honey and lime juice in a bowl, mix lightly and set aside. Either use outdoor grill to cook the salmon or put the fillets on the second shelf of your oven and bake them for about 10 minutes at 375 degrees or until the fish flakes easily. Dress the fillets with the salsa, and serve with wild rice and a green vegetable such as asparagus spears. Leftover salsa can be refrigerated and served at a later time. Enjoy it !

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • lemon slices
  • butter
  • garlic powder
Salmon Fillet Instructions
Place salmon skin side down on tin foil in baking sheet; cover with butter, then put seasoning on to taste.
Cover fish with lemon slices and tent the fish in tin foil, and bake at 375°F degrees for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy the salmon fillet ! Nice !

* 2 tablespoons ground paprika
* 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
* 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
* 4 salmon fillets, skin and bones removed
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Salmon Fillet Recipes Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, white pepper, black pepper, thyme, basil and oregano.
2. Brush salmon fillets on both sides with 1/4 cup butter, and sprinkle evenly with the cayenne pepper mixture. Drizzle one side of each fillet with 1/2 remaining butter.
3. In a large, heavy skillet over high heat, cook salmon, butter side down, until blackened, 2 to 5 minutes. Turn fillets, drizzle with remaining butter, and continue cooking until blackened and fish is easily flaked with a fork. The salmon fillet recipe is ready ! Enjoy it !

  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 4 Market Day salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4 thin slices lemon
  • 8 tsp. brown sugar
Salmon Fillet Recipes INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pour lemon juice into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11" x 7 1/2" x 2"; sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Arrange salmon fillets in dish; drizzle with butter. Bake the salmon fillet uncovered 15 minutes; turn. Place 1 slice lemon on each salmon fillet; sprinkle with 2 teaspoons brown sugar. Bake until fish flakes easily with fork, 15 to 20 minutes longer. Serve with juices from dish...hmm nice ! Enjoy the salmon fillet...!

Salmon Fillet Recipe INGREDIENTS
  • Salmon fillets, any portion size, boned and skinned
  • Onion powder, to taste be generous
  • Garlic powder, to taste be generous
  • Dried dill, to taste be generous
  • Mrs. Dash, to taste be generous
  • Mayonnaise
  • Paprika
Salmon Fillet Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and dry fillets. Spread thin coat of mayonnaise over salmon. Spray Pam or similar product over Pyrex or tin foil pan or rectangular pan (depending on amount and size of portions).

Sprinkle seasonings over fish ending with paprika.

Bake in 375°F. oven for 10 to 20 minutes or until salmon fish fillet flakes easily...and the salmon fillet is ready to serve!! Enjoy it !

Salmon Fillet Recipe Ingredients:

* 4 (1/2" thick) salmon fillets
* 1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1 teaspoon garlic paste
* Salt and pepper to taste

Salmon Fillet Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat broiler or prepare and preheat grill. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on broiler pan. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients and brush over salmon.

Broil for 4 minutes, then brush with more sauce and broil for 2 minutes longer, until salmon fillets flakes when tested with a fork. Or, oil grill rack, then add salmon. Grill for 4-5 minutes until salmon releases from the grill. Turn, brush with more sauce, and grill for 4-6 minutes until salmon flakes when tested with fork. The salmon fillet recipe is ready....nice ! Enjoy it !
